Guidelines
All abstracts must be submitted in English.
Abstracts must be submitted online.
Abstracts should not exceed 500 words.
Conference session formats
Single Oral Presentation: this format allows for 20 minute presentations followed by questions and discussion. For the oral presentation you need to submit an extended abstract (200-500 words) including the title, and references.
Symposium/Group of papers: Each symposium will be organized by a Chairperson and will contain four (4) presentations concerning a common topic of interest as well as one symposium discussant. This presentation format allows for 20 minutes of individual presentation time followed by a discussion moderated by the session chairperson. Each accepted paper will be scheduled in a session of 90 minutes.
Workshops: This format allows presenters to display, explain, and familiarize users with an innovative approach, a teaching or research tool, a teaching-learning sequence, or some other aspect of research or teaching practice. Workshops are scheduled for 90 minutes.
STEM Show Time / Playground / Interactive Poster Session: The session allows researchers/teachers/practitioners to demonstrate their best practices, activities, and materials (including classroom materials) in a visual or hands-on format and interact with participants.
STEM Expo strives to give educational companies a place to showcase their products, services, and knowledge including STEM-based activities and interactive exhibits.
